Do you know of any good breathing exercises to use when I am stressed out/anxious?

I've learned that 4-square breathing usually helps me when I'm anxious or stressed. it's when you breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and hold it for 4 seconds, and then repeat until you feel calmer and your physical anxiety level has lessened to a bearable level.
