We currently offer two types of appointments, one with a professional counseler or one with an intern. To make an appointment with a counselor simply click the "make appointment" button on the top of your screen - it is the far left option on the red bar across the top.

To set up a free appointment with an intern, simply call us, and we will set one up for you.

Hi Jenella,

Sign into your account and you will see a tab that says 'Schedule an Appointment' it will open up a calendar that will give you a large range of dates and times, click on the time and  date your free. Your first 30 min consultation is free so you will not have to enter any CC information. After you confirm you appointment your counselor will contact you to see why your preferred method of contact is and verify your appointment. Let me know if you have any other questions.
