I feel I am in a consistent low mood. Doctor has decreased my Duloxetine and my Promethazine and I am feeling really quite anxious about how the decreased dose could affect me. I am also going into hospitat at the end of the month for an operation that if it works could give me a better quality of life. I have been diagnosed with multiple mental health issues and feel I need more support to monitor/manage my mental health than I feel I am getting.
